About the Speaker
Mr. Chen Huaxing is a leader in the data analytics field with extensive experience in diverse industries including banking, trading, payment, gaming and consulting. He has a strong background in AI and operations research with notable contributions including a best research paper. Currently, he serves as Group Head of Data & Analytics at UOB's wholesale banking division and is an adjunct faculty member of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. In previous roles, he established and optimized analytic functions as the country CEO of a proprietary trading firm and spearheaded data driven strategies at prominent companies such as VISA and MBS. His contributions to the field extend beyond his professional roles as he actively shares his valuable insights and experiences as a highly sought after keynote speaker at international events, inspiring others to harness the power of data analytics for business transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Engineering Degree from NUS and a Master of Science Degree in Industry & System Engineering (Operational Research) from NUS, where he graduated as the top student in his cohort.
